The staff was really nice, the breakfast was good and the size of the room was also great. We had access to an hairdryer, an iron, a TV and air conditioning which were really helpful. There's a direct train from times square which was definitely a plus for us. The staff let is overstay for a couple hours after our check-out, with an extra fee, which made it also really helpful for us before leaving for the airport.

The hotel is very well located in Brooklyn close to the subway station, markets, pharmacy and restaurants. Spacious room for NYC standards, very clean and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast by NYC standards too (most hotels don't have it) - they offer waffles, bagels, breads, coffee, milk, juices, eggs, cereal, etc. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel when I visit NYC again.

A positive point is that you can store your luggage for a few hours after checking out. It's in a great location, safe, and close to the subway, which makes it easy to get to any part of the city.

Well beyond good customer service!! The bathroom was large, and well equipped for disabled clients, with bars for holding on located everywhere.
